When you sign up to participate in the comp, we need to know your name, email address and phone number. But don’t worry we will not sell, trade or hire this information to 3rd parties (or do anything untoward with it!).
2. Email Newsletters
When you sign up to participate in Ping-Pong By Noise we will send you reminder emails about the comp - just to make sure you and your mates don’t forget to show up, keep you up to date with the comp news and give our sponsors get some extra exposure. You can of course unsubscribe from these at any time. Newsletters can be annoying and contain information that frankly you just don’t care about, so we will keep it relevant.
3. Cookies
We do not use cookies for collecting participants personal data. Cookies may be used to collect general data that is anonymous and in no way identifies viewers. Data such as website visit statistics and trends is used for statistical purposes and to improve and develop the website to enhance our customers experience online.
4. Third Parties
We do not sell, trade or hire your personal information to any third parties. Just sign up, come along, have a beer, play some ping pong and have an awesome time.
